Returns & Shipping
If you have a problem with your order, please get in touch via firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our absolute best to resolve this for you.
Requests for cancellation must be sent to email@example.com within 24 hours of purchase.
Please note our return policy is 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Conditions of Return
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Exchanges are only offered if an item is defective or damaged, in which case you will replacement of the same item. For all returns and exchanges please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders
Once your return is received & inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.
Partial refunds are granted in the following circumstances
- Items with obvious signs of use
- Items not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Please note that buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If you are returning an item over £50, we suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies, depending on custom orders. For most in stock items, processing is within 2 working days. For details, see individual items.
UK Shipping is provided via Royal Mail. Orders are sent via 2nd Class Royal Mail as standard, please give 3-5 working days* anywhere in the UK and Europe.
For America and Australia please allow within 10 working days.*
*Please note that this is an estimate, delays associated with Brexit & pandemic are out of our control. During the Christmas period delivery dates will change. Information will be posted on the main shop page advising of any new delivery estimates.
If you require an item to be with you by a specific date then please get in touch. This could affect the cost of the postage but I will try my very best to accommodate.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Emma Armitage Illustration is not responsible for delays due to customs.
Art Prints are supplied unmounted, depending on size they will be wrapped and sent in hardback envelopes or strong cardboard tubes.
To help look after the planet, printed invoices/receipts are not included with items. Should you require a printed copy please get in touch via email@example.com.
